Investment Objectives
The Fund targets returns of 3% above the benchmark through medium-term investments in a select portfolio of companies. These companies are at the pinnacle of their market, and expected to hold this position into the foreseeable future.*

Investment Philosophy
The Fund takes a five-10 year view of investments, with a strategy of holding quality equities with a light-touch. The portfolio is expected to house no more than 15-20 equities across core market sectors: technology, medical and health, infrastructure, financial services, debt, and insurance.
There are no plans for the Fund to gear investments. However, should the opportunity demand it, the Fund’s mandate permits the Investment Manager to acquire assets with a gearing capped at 50%.
Conservative management of the Fund’s portfolio aims to achieve lower-than-average investment risk and volatility. Hamilton Chase’s investment team is aided in this by Conquer; a proprietary investment technology, in which Hamilton Chase has made substantial investments during the last decade.
Conquer
Conquer is Hamilton Chase’s proprietary software platform, designed to instantly analyse a century’s worth of data from over 22,000 listed instruments, and more than 780 fields. The software aids in de-risking asset choices and identifying undervalued stocks and commodities. This platform combines our expert systems, data mining and mimicking, coupled with AI capabilities and investment strategies, and is integral to the operations of the Hamilton Chase Global Capital Investments Fund. Conquer was developed – and continues to be developed – over 15 years with an investment of more than 25 million AUD.
Investment Management
Management of investments is undertaken by a team of Hamilton Chase professionals with expertise in funds management, property acquisition, development, disposal, finance, banking, legal, and accounting. Investment decisions are supported by data from six global research houses, and our proprietary system, Conquer.
