A tradition of contemporary success

Over a period of 65 years, the Huggins Family Office, owner of Hamilton Chase, has systematically built one of Australia’s most significant private wealth portfolios. As growth and trends across major asset classes have shifted, the portfolio’s investments have been mindfully realigned to mitigate volatility and to take advantage of investment opportunities.
This careful realignment has enabled consistent investment returns over the last six decades despite, and because of, substantial movements in markets, business models, technology, political, and global events.
Family Office
Hamilton Chase is the privately-held commercial arm of the Huggins Family Office. The company provides financial and investment services to the Huggins Family Office, and to select HNW and UHNW clients and their family offices. Hamilton Chase currently manages a multi-billion dollar portfolio of property developments, land, debt, equities, and business acquisitions, in Australia, Europe, and North America.
The company is overseen by Paul Huggins and a close-knit management team. They are supported by significant proprietary technology that aids both direct analysis of investment opportunities, and the broader impacts of political and economic changes on each market sector.

Investment Philosophy
Hamilton Chase has generally achieved returns above benchmarks with below average risk and volatility. Contrary to the common view on diversification, the company’s philosophy is to focus on a small number of investments, rigorously researched and analysed, and traded infrequently.*
